I am an artist who enjoys encouraging creative exploration and expression in all people. My own creativity manifests within many realms: I love to create physical theatre, I love to sing and I greatly enjoy expressive and authentic movement. I write, perform and direct. I also facilitate workshops in any setting conceivable (from community centres to caves to corporate board rooms) and I manage creative projects which unfold in diverse social domains. Close to my heart are projects promoting conflict resolution, wellbeing and health.

My own quest is propelled forth by recurring encounters with the realms of myths and archetypes. I love to venture into the borderlands of human history and experience ... the places in which mysticism, magic and imagination thrive. I am deeply immersed in the study of consciousness and Transpersonal Psychology - both of which I am so fortunate to teach on a sessional basis at Liverpool John Moores University.
