What kind?
Whilst I specialise in physical theatre and improvisational movement and vocal work, I incorporate other art forms into my workshops, such as photography, creative writing, puppetry and visual art.
Who & where?
I work with people of all ages and backgrounds and my work flourishes in any setting, may this be a museum, school, supermarket, forest, or cave!
What is unique about the workshops?
To me, creative work is a gateway to inner exploration, to emotional liberation and to a deeper and more sacred understanding of one’s self in relation to the world.
I create my workshops with the aim to offer experiences and tools which may help to heal and to transform individuals and communities, by re-establishing our sense of personal and collective history, by fostering empathy and compassion with self and others and by inspiring personal and collective vision and sense of purpose. My creative practice is infused with mythic and archetypal perspectives which belong to no particular spiritual or religious belief system but which move and motivate humanity as a whole. I ground these perspectives in the fields of Transpersonal Psychology and consciousness studies.
